6 day's a lot: U do need some easy days or Ur muscles never completely recover. Daily required is about 50grams. If U do 6 days of heavy workouts, Ur required amount will increase but if it is cardio not so much so. If it is weight training, 2 get max benefit, take days of rest or easy workouts. This will give better muscular gain.
