Hello, 10 months ago had surgery on acl meniscus and fx fibula now my legs are swollen tingling and buckle keeping me up at night? pain from hip-toes.

Get evaluated: that is not normal. have evaluated. nerve on the outside of the knee(peroneal) is nearby. Depending on how things were repaired all of the nerves and circulation around the knee need to be thoroghly evaluated.
