Is is it better to get surgery sooner or after some physical therapy for a torn acl/mcl and meniscus?
About six weeks ago I injured my knee. My meniscus was repaired in 2012. I believe I am suffering from a meniscus and mcl tear. Will a doctor suggest physical therapy or surgery?
MRI shows I tore ACL, lateral meniscus root, MCL, and small impaction fracture of lateral tibial plateau. Won't see a surgeon for another week. Is it safe to walk around with a brace with no crutches or will it make my knee worse?
