Things to try: Here are some suggestions: do not eat or use any electronics 3 hours before bed avoid caffeine 6 hours before bed avoid all alcohol don't take naps begin a meditation practice before bedtime exercise daily but not before bedtime see a counselor if stress is severe avoid tobacco Good luck, if this is not helpful, see your doctor.
