POSSIBLE Fordyce: spots, which are visible sebaceous glands. You probably mean that they are on your scrotum. If you feel bumps on your testicles go to doc ASAP. Please see your doc for diagnosis in any case. Please don't worry. Peace and good health.

Cysts probably: They are probably small cysts. it is best not to try and squeeze them or pop them. See a doctor and let them do an exam to tell you if they are just small cysts or something else that needs to be treated.
