Unrelated...: What you saw ( 3 small pimples) on the scrotum are most likely not related with dull ache from(?) left testicle. These 3 bumps may represent the presence of overactive sebaceous glands of hair follicles, which of course require no practical need for treatment. If still in doubt, see urologist timely for confirmation & counseling.
