Size matters: In adults we usually shouldn't be able to feel lymph nodes. Having said that we're not usually concerned until we feel something that is one cm or larger. Soft, easy to move lymph nodes, especially in the posterior neck, behind the sternocleidomastoid muscle, are fairly common. If you had it checked out, and it's not growing, it's probably nothing to worry about.
