I am concerned: Supraclavicular lymph node enlargement is always concerning for possible underlying malignancy. Younger patients (under 40 years old) are more likely than not to prove not to have a malignant cause for the enlarged lymph nodes. The prognosis is not as good over the age of 40. In this age group the biopsy is more likely to show a malignancy(cancer). SEEhttp://bit.ly/1EA25af

Exam: You will need a chest x-ray and a CT scan of your neck and chest in addition to comprehensive blood work.
