I get into bed around 10pm it takes 1 hr to fall asleep with me waking up 2/3 times a night i cant wake up before 10:30am and even then i am exhausted tried melatonin didnt help this has been going on for months i just want good quality sleep?

Please consult your doctor and sort out the origin of your sleep disorder. A successful approach to improving the pattern will require a history, exam and possibly testing. Ther are many potential treatments available if you can sort out the problem.

Your sleep difficulties could be potentially due to many conditions and need sorting out. Once an answer is clearly diagnosed, appropriate therapy can be instituted. An overnight sleep study might provide answers. Sleeping pills are NOT the best solution.
