You can: It is often possible to wear a denture immediately after pulling teeth, but its important to follow your doctors instructions carefully. You will be quite tender and if you haven't worn a denture before its not always easy to adjust to one. Give yourself some time to rest and acclimate to your new denture.

Immediately: You can wear a denture immediately after having teeth removed. In fact, it can help to control post operative swelling. The only thing you will run into is the bone where the tooth was removed will change as it heals, and may result in the denture not fitting precisely after full healing. At that point, you may need a denture reline to reestablish a good fit.

Immediately: Unless there is some specific reason why you would be advised not to, i don't see why you can't wear it immediately. Each case is different. Your own dentist should be able to give you more accurate information and instructions.

Denture & extraction: Yes. Depending on how well the denture fits and how many teeth were extracted. Normally we always deliver the denture immediately after extractions. There maybe some occasions where the doctor may feel it would be better to let the area heal befor the delivery.

Immediately : Although you would be sore after an extraction(s), there is no reason why one could not wear a denture immediately after a tooth or teeth are extracted. After a period of healing, you would need a series of adjustments by your dentist and eventually after you gum tissue has healed and shrunk, your denture will need to be relined to maximize the fit.

Right away : If you have impressions of your mouth taken before the tooth removal procedure, you can have a denture immediately. Talk to your dentist about the various choices.

Yes: A denture can be placed right away, an immediate denture. This denture may be temporary or have to be relined (acrylic added to the part touching the tissue) as the gum shrinks as it heals.

Yes you can: You can wear a denture almost immediately after extraction, since that might protect the extraction site by covering it from foods etc.. Periodic cleaning is required to keep the area clean..
