Full dentures: In general, removable dentures should be taken out at night in order for your gums to "breathe". Having said that, this is a question you should discuss with the dentist actually treating you as it is his\her responsibility for your aftercare and well-being and not for a dentist over the internet to advise you what you should or should not do.

Remove them at nigh: It is recommended to have the denture soak in cleaning solution while you are sleeping... That keeps the mouth and the denture fresh
