I have to be concerned because my B12 level are high, and i don't take any vitamin or B12 suplements ?
After one month of taking oral B12 vitamin of 500 mcg my level came back to normal. Then after 3 months of quitting the vitamin, my level dropped to deficient level. Could this indicate an issue of absorption in the intestines?
