Needs clarification: The first thing I would do is check the lab result...perhaps a decimal point is out of place as a normal result is in the 200 to 600 pg/ml range. Are the units correct ... pg (picograms) per milliliter. Some medications can affect B12 levels. It would be unusual to have such a high level and no other signs of liver/kidney disease or cancer.
