Male 56 .. my B12 (CLIA) serum test came out high 1169 pg/ml .. (normal range: 187-833) I do take multi vitamins & am a vegetarian. I do eat eggs & fish though Is this too high. Should I be concern? If yes, what should I do ? Thanks?
