Tooth not loose, ok: If a tooth suffers trauma there is always a chance it can fall out, but if it isn't loose then this probably won't happen. After trauma to the tooth one may experience sensitive teeth, and it might be a good idea to get a dental check-up if the pain persists. It is always a good idea to floss regularly and brush your teeth twice a day.

Tooth: Please see your dentist. He/she will evaluate your situation and help as needed. I know it's time, effort, and money, but it is certainly worth the visit. Peace and good health.

Probably not: There is a very good chance the tooth should be fine. It probably would be a good idea to have your dentist examine it and take a radiograph... this establishes a baseline. All the best...

It should: Tighten on its own in a few days or a week. Avoid chewing or biting on the tooth and don't constantly feel it with your tongue or fingers. If the tooth does not feel better in a week, see your dentist.
