Possible sinus issue: This may or may not be related to your tooth extraction. The upper wisdom teeth are in close proximity to the maxillary sinus so it is possible some blood drained into the sinus and eventually to your nose. Also, if you had general anesthesia during the extractions it is possible that the naso-tracheal tube irritated the nose tissues and caused some bleeding. I would consult with your dentist.
