Oral problems: SYmptoms could be many things, though sounds like some dental or gum problem/infection, particularly with swollen glands. I would see your dentist to check the teeth and gums.

See your dentist: You must have some kind of gum infection or abscessed teeth, the blood indicate more of a gum ( periodontal) issues. You need to see a dentist to treat this or you may risk the infection to spread to other vital areas in your face, neck and head. Please take care of this issue ASAP.
