Probably not: If you have been vomiting blood, you may have a serious medical problem that would be appropriate to go to the er. Call 911 if vomiting blood causes dizziness after standing, rapid, shallow breathing or other signs of shock. I don't think this is related to a slight infection

Antibiotic needed: When you have infected wisdom tooth you need antibiotic at least to make sure the infection is under control. All the symptoms you have can be related to the infection. But once the tooth is out usually the infection subsides. However continue taking the antibiotic to complete the therapy and prevent resistant bacteria from developing.
