A few Tips....: Always have a Positive attitude, do not stress, eat well, exercise, do not smoke or ever do illegal drugs. Get a good 8 hours sleep, be sure to have fun for part of the day, and then of course there is only about 8 hours left to work in the day. Be kind, and do to others as you would want them to do to you. Follow these things and you will most likely live a long happy life. Stay well!
