For starters: Don't smoke or use drugs. Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, with adequate protein and modest carbohydrates. Exercise at least 150 minutes per week with cardio, strength training and core training. Limit alcohol consumption and number of sexual partners. Sleep at least 8 hours per night.
