Are massages healthy?

Massage Health: Massages vary in type and intensity, but generally they are a healthy way to ease aches, soothe tight spots, improve circulation, promote relaxation, and provide therapeutic or caring touch. Care must be taken, though, to avoid massaging acute or infected wounds, swollen glands, cancerous regions, or unwilling participants.
