Being Healthy: Hi Fahmi, that's a bit of a loaded question but I'll do my best. I call them "Life Factors" and to look at each one is a good idea. Social life (friends, family, romance), finances, "me time", travel, sleep, diet/exercise, occupation, hobbies, interests, etc. Which ones do you need to work on? Some are working just fine; some aren't. Ultimately, what does "being healthy" mean to you?
