Good Habits: Develop good habits for a lifetime like regular exercise that gets your heart rate up and that is low impact (try walking 5mi/hr), eat healthy not fried foods or junk foods, do not smoke, do not take drugs for recreation, do not abuse alcohol. Please do have fun, keep your mind active with varied interests, try to enjoy everyday.

Live right!: Eat properly--mostly whole grains, vegetables and fruits. Exercise regularly, at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity daily. Avoid tobacco, excessive alcohol, and other bad habits.
