Yes, if made right: Lean meats are healthier so one should use lean ground beef (or in the case of steaks, trim away excess fat before grilling). Also, steaks are safer than ground beef, because ground beef is more prone to bacterial contamination (unless the burgers are cooked well-done). Be sure to have plenty of vegetables with each meal. Sauces, bacon, or onion rings added onto a burger tend to make it unhealthy.
