Elevated CRP: Elevated CRP levels are associated with a number of inflammatory conditions. They may be elevated with active inflammatory bowel disease, but normal levels do not necessarily mean there is no "sub-clinical" disease present.

Hs-CRP.: While elevation of the hs-CRP is meant to be indicative of unstable coronary artery blockages, it would also be elevated in other inflammatory conditions, such as Crohn's disease and the like.
