My fecal calprotectin test, hs crp tests, cbc blood test, stool test are totally ok. can i still have ibd (crohn's or ulcerative colitis)? because sometimes i see mucus in stool with smell. i had anal fissure 3 months ago?

Those tests you mentioned are not specific for ruling out IBD.

Yes: Those tests make IBD less likely. They do not mean you can't have it. This type of disease is not diagnosed just based on lab.
