Your tests do not: suggest that any inflammation or anemia is going on. So , finding is against IBD. You may need further testing with colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy or barium enema.

Rhumatoid Factor IGA came back positive 52 (ref 0-20) where as RF IGM 3 (ref 0-20) and RF IGG 6 (ref 0-20) is negative . No rhumetologic symptoms but test performed as part of Ulcerative colitis blood work up. why RF IGA is positive? CRP, ESr all Ok?
Doctor said I don't have crohn's. he said no evidence in pathology for that or UC, and other blood tests for crohn's/UC were normal despite him finding ulcers in terminal illeum and ascending colon(2 in total) whole colon active colitis. 2nd opinion?
Cbc and iron levels now normal 4 weeks after iron infusion. Colonoscopy saw small ulcers in the terminal ileum of the small bowel can this be crohn's?
Colonoscopy found tiny ulcers in my small intestine doc questioning if Crohn's can this be if after iron infusion i now have normal CBC and iron level?
