Become an astronaut?: Sorry to disappoint you, however, at age 23 there really is no exercise or medical therapy that can provide additional height. The growth plates of the long bones are what allow for us to grow taller as children; however, after puberty, these growth areas close naturally thus ending any hope of becoming taller. Astronauts become taller in space as the spine is no longer compressed by gravity!

No: People have reached their final adult heights and have already stopped growing, by the time they are 23 years old. Only in the extremely rare cases where a person has continued growing each year, from 18-22, might he grow a bit at 23.
