Not going to happen: You say you want to shrink 7 inches but don't want surgery.I want to be 40 years younger but neither of us will get what we want. You may need to find an adviser you respect and try to understand why you don't accept yourself as you are. When you find that out, you can work to reach that point. It is hard to be taller than your friends, but it is not the worst thing that can happen in life.
