I have essential thrombocythemia and now i'm pregnant,had gestational diabetes with my last 2 pregnancies and had a cerclage with both,any advice?

Low platelets: Thrombocytopenia has several potential causes. None are related to gestational diabetes. Severely low platelets can be related to bleeding episodes, You should be under the care of a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist for several of the reasons noted , not a general obstetrician.
