What did your doc sa: Say ?, hysteroscopy will only treat scar tissue inside the uterus as you probably have scar tissue on the out side of the uterus also and after 3 cerclages your cervix is in bad shape and a 4th may not work and you have a much higher chance of a placenta acreta due to a 4th csection with scar tissue which can be a disaster if u get pg you will be very high risk, don't chance it, be happy u have 3.
