3rd pregnancy.27w5d today.rh negative.received rhogam at 12 weeks(after cerclage).receiving another rhogam shot at 28w3d.would that be late?needs to be given at exactly 28 weeks?

Wouldn't think so: If anything the timing is within a suggested interval. A few days or a week on either side of this point does not change how the rhogam antibody works or how effective it will be.
