Suture removal: Ideally, you should be able to resume activity once the stitches come out. Best advice is to consult with your doctor about particular activities that may not be ok just yet.

Not so fast.: The key thought is "normal activity". You will need to mind your "P's and Q's" for several weeks. Wounds on the bottom of the foot do not heal a well as you may think. They generally need a little more time of guarded activity.

Once well healed: I would follow up with your doctor, it would certainly need to be well healed before you do much. It is also important to keep it clean and dry to decrease the likelihood of any infection issues.
