I am 33 old female with upper epigastric pain under xiphoid process. Better in the morning, worse by evening, I have mid lt back pain near spine. I have had neg. abd. Ct, upper endo, stool test, lipase and abd UL 4 months ago. Symptoms still persist?

I'm 36+4 weeks pregnant and experiencing a mild headache accompanied by severe upper/mid back pain. And occasional upper abdomen pain (above ribs).
Oxygen saturation stays high when talking, but nosedives to mid 80% after stopping talking and is difficult to get above 95% again. Why is this?
