Those are not typical symptoms of menopause. I strongly recommend a thorough neurological exam. Take care.

Menopause may be associated with emotional changes, but NOT organic memory loss or objective cognitive alterations. It is far more likely that there is a co-morbidity that is responsible. See your physician and have all of this fully evaluated.
