Upper abdomen: Your tests appear to have ruled out gastritis,peptic ulcer and pancreatitis. Has the gastroenterologist ruled out common duct stone, cholangitis, hepatitis? Is another gastroscopy been considered to look for an occult gastric ulcer?

Consider gall bl : We would first consider reflux and hiatal hernia but since that is ruled out then you may have a dysfunctional gallbladder. People can have gall bladder and have stones, but you also can have a dysfunctional gallbladder without stones that can cause symptoms. Discuss with your physician
