Might still be Lyme: Lyme is tricky to diagnose. The Western Blot measures one's immune response to Lyme and those who are most sick with it may not produce adequate antibodies. Your +ANA and CH50 could be Lyme-related. Abnormal labs: A positive ANA does not mean you have a specific disease. The high complement level is a good sign - low is not good. I recommend seeing a rheumatologist for further evaluation.
