Eye problems: See a specialist at the department of Ophthalmology at Washington University of St. Louis School of Medicine. This is probably viral and should be able to be treated successfully. As far as "frequent bowel movements shortly after eating", you may have a lack of the enzyme which breaks lactose, causing lactic acid, a potent GI stimulant. Stop milk and milk products to see if that helps.
