Hi there : I’m sorry to hear that you are worried, we can’t diagnose something without having your full medical history and without a clinical exam, please take those tests results to the doctor who order them and ask him/her about everything that worries you, until then, stay calm and trust your doctor. No more dr google please :)

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, Visit this site for Lupus diagnostic criteria: https://www.rheumtutor.com/diseases/systemic-lupus-erythematosus/ Wish you good health!
