How accurate are Lyme disease tests? I find varying opinions online, but it sounds like it can be easily missed in tests?
My ANA test came back positive. Lupus anticoagulant positive. Lyme test IGg test positive for 18kda, 41 kda, 58 kda. Flagged as Abnormal but was told not positive for Lyme. What does all this mean? Do I have Lupus? RA....

Lyme ELISA was positive but Western Blot negative. I have flu like symptoms with fevers, sore glands, raised IgM (general) and positive ANA, negative for EBV,CMV, TB,HIV, Hepatitis, Syphilis, Strep, H Pylori, VSV. Is this Lyme? If no what could it be?
