Titer: There is a blood test called a lyme titer. This will show different levels of reactivity to see if you body has been exposed in the past.

ELISA and: Western blot test. Elisa is the test that used to detect lyme disease. To support the diagnosis and eliminate the false-positives results western blot test is recommended.
