Lymphnodes on left side of my body enlarged and painful- no infection, no lyme , no hiv, no cancer, and now my hand and arm are physically cold?

Nondiagnostic: Has a physician examined you? It is unusual for enlarged,tender lymph nodes to occur con only one side of the body with a systemic disease. Where in your body are the lymph nodes? If they are localized,they are usually reacting to infection/inflammation in that area. Your physician,who knows all the findings, is best qualified to advise you.
