Can liver functions checked by blood test prvide indcation of liver tumor or is it is mostly detected by ultra sound and ct scan ?

Need imaging: The blood tests can give us an indication that something is wrong in the liver but you really need some sort of imaging to see a tumor. This could be US, CT scan or MRI. Usually doctors start with an ultrasound.
