Watch it: I trust that your physician is confident you do not have a come-and-go gastric ulcer and that you've been offered a colonoscopy. Also trusting you're not losing blood in the urine, and you're not a hard-core meat-avoider. One cause of iron deficiency that gets missed is intermitent bleeding from reflux esophagitis. Your phyisican would do well to keep an eye on all this.
