Likely okay: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. No: The enzymes are an indication of the health of your liver. Since they are high, this is a sign that your liver is sick even if the CT scan shows no evidence of liver disease. See your primary doctor to discuss the causes.
