Doubtful: Your AST and ALT can be elevated without causing any symptoms. However, an elevated bilirubin can be associated with itching. Usually, this is associated with jaundice (yellowing of the skin).

Not yet: In liver disease, itching doesn't happen until you start getting conjugated hyperbilirubinemia. I'd look for some other cause -- it may be something as simple as sensitivity to your laundry detergent. Fatty liver in the absence of hepatitis C, Wilson's, and alcohol abuse is largely genetic; getting into intensive fitness may help a lot. Best wishes.
