Cirrhosis: You may have cirrhosis of the liver. This could be related to alcohol for a viral problem. Your routine blood test could be normal. If there's any possibility of a more serious liver lesion alpha-fetoprotein blood test should be considered. I don't know what type of lesions were seen on your liver. They could be as benign as focal fat or as significant as liver cancer.Md should talk to radiologist.

Depends: Why was the ct scan performed in the first place? What kind of liver lesions were identified? Was any type of follow up recommended by the radiology doctor? Was your liver just prominent in size or did the radiologist mention change in morphology, nodularity or possibly chirhotic changes? Answers to all of this questions are important before deciding what to do next.
