Relax buddy: The immature granulocytes are probably from the asthma steroids you're using. Congratulations on the deep kissing and the other stuff. You can get infectious mono from kissing, and gonorrhea from the other stuff, but not HIV or cancer (short-term; there's oral HPV). This isn't the labwork of acute HIV or cancer anyway. Cherish the memory of your visit to the bar, and use a condom for that stuff.
