I can always pop my ears, at will. feels better when i do. been going on for months. what can i do otc to help. is this eustachian tube dysfunction?

Yes: If you can pop your ears, your eustachian tubes aren't plugged and are draining well. You may benefit from a steroid nasal spray to shrink tissues and decrease discharge and help keep your eustachian tubes healthy, but this situation doesn't sound like anything I would treat. This is something that many people can normally do. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
