Right ear has been popping with certain movements. especially when i stretch my neck or move my head. it does feel slightly full and hurts a little. eustachian tube dysfunction?

Normal people can often perceive a click/pop of their Eustachian tube with any jaw movement that straightens the tube. If allergies/cold or other factors have led to tube closure, the pop may not occur. There is little you can do to modify this tube activity.
