Chronically, when i 'pop' my ears covering my nose they feel as if they 'open' & crack, but when i swallow again they close. my pulsatile tinnitus disappears when i 'pop' them & returns when i swallow & they close. is this eustachian tube dysfunction?

What is desribed may be secondary to "ear wax" interfering with tympanic membrane function. Get a referral to an ENT physician for a complete exam and workup, as there may be other components causing these symptoms.
