Will i ever get off valium? i've been on benzos daily for about 3 of 4 years. once on equivalent of 60mg, down to 8. it's getting so hard. any advice?

Frame of mind: Hi Terry, good advice here already. In addition, make sure you have adequate psychological support. Be confident - you can do this! Be patient - your body and brain needs time to adjust, and it takes time to develop alternative living skills. Congratulations for starting the process. You will feel better, both physically and emotionally, when you are off these medications. Take good care.
